Our shop is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

I ordered a $75 vase of fresh flowers for my mother who is a patient @ Univ Tenn Medical Center on Tuesday afternoon and explained that I wanted them delivered that day if at all possible. 

You definitely went above and beyond, the call of duty!

My mother was so pleased to get a nice arrangement of such bountiful variety of colorful, fresh and fragrant flowers.  I called 4 local Knoxville florists and everyone explained that same day delivery is not available and the earliest they could deliver to UT was later the next day.

A local delivery fee of $7.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. If you need to arrange same day delivery after 1 p.m. please call.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We call ahead to verify arrangments for all orders for delivery to Funeral Homes, Mortuaries, and Cemetaries. This is to ensure that your order arrives appropriately and in accordance with the Funeral Director's schedule.

While we do ask for a reciepient phone number it is our store policy not to call the recipient before delivery. If you would like us to call the recipient before we deliver, just ask. If you're ordering online you can put this request in the "special instructions" field. Otherwise, the recipient will only be called in the event that the driver cannot find their address or other extenuating circumstances.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

During your consultation The Flower Pot's Bridal Consultant will create a written wedding plan for you in detail, including all of your preferred flowers and requests. These requests and your happiness will be our first priority. To insure this level of quality, The Flower Pot usually only books one wedding per Saturday.

The Flower Pot offers competitive prices and usually can honor any written quote you've recieved from another florist. You are welcome to bring any other quotes you've recieved to your consultation.

Communication is very important in our business and we are always here for you. Brides, family, and attendents are welcome to schedule as many consultations and call as often as they choose. There is never a charge for consultations and calls.

The Flower Pot is locally owned and operated in Knoxville, TN. Unlike order gatherers and online companies our only service fees are delivery and local sales tax. 100% of the cost of your order goes into your arrangment. So, you get more for your money. Additionally, all of our arrangments are hand arranged and delivered by a member of our staff. You never have to worry that you spent money on flowers that are sitting in a box on a UPS truck, or on a doorstep.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
